Involvement in the "Walk to School" project - increased physical activity, parental involvement, safe space in front of the school.
The solution we used
Motivation of children within the project: why movement is healthy, what impact cars have on the environment, why public transport is better.
Implementation
In the month of September we joined the Walk to School project.
The challenge is to get children and parents to walk to school regularly (or use public transport) to make the area outside school safer for all of us.
The children regularly recorded their journeys on prepared charts, and today there was an overall evaluation waiting for them. The best ones received a certificate, a cuddly toy and a pencil for their efforts. And not to be sorry for the others, we also rewarded their efforts with a small token of appreciation.
