The solution we used

Excursion to the organic farm Kaška in Myjavské kopanice.

Implementation

We organized an excursion to the organic farm "Kaška" near the village of Vrbovce in the Myjava Hills.

The owners of the farm, when establishing and building it, evaluated the original buildings, treated the orchards and restored the fertility of the surrounding soil in an ecological way. All this is systematically used to create an oasis of peace in the lap of nature, where they provide relaxing stays with the possibility of eating from their own local and seasonal products (from meat from mangalitsa, poultry, eggs, honey to potatoes and fruit), which they also process and offer for sale.

Students on such an excursion see first-hand that 'working' with nature benefits everyone involved.
