The problem
Thanks to the attentive care of parents and their children in the garden during the summer months, the vegetables flourished magnificently. Now it's time to harvest and cook!
The solution we used
As part of the project week of the 4th class of the secondary school, the vegetables were eagerly harvested and processed.
Implementation
Various dishes such as lecho, soup seasoning, ketchup, courgette vegetables, red beetroot salad, pumpkin and apple jelly, etc. were cooked. A booklet summarising all the recipes used during the week was created.
