Implementation
We organized a professional excursion to the family-run eco-farm "Prazrnko" in the village of Košariská in the Myjava Hills.
This eco-farm produces Emmer wheat, which, due to its unique gluten composition, is suitable for people with an intolerance to common wheat. The entire cultivation process is carried out organically. The grain is milled in a stone mill to produce wholemeal flour rich in zinc and other minerals, as well as pasta. Their products can be found in organic shop chains.
